Shipping policy
Fulfillment & Dispatch
We pull and pack orders every business day (Monday–Friday) from our warehouse in Devon, UK. Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT leave our facility the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or over the weekend, will ship the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Within the UK
All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on the service selected at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Standard delivery (2–3 business days).
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next-day delivery.
- Free Shipping: Available for all UK orders of £75 or more (sent via Tracked 48).
- HubBox Local Pickup: Choose a local pickup location at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for local collection points opting out of the HubBox network after an order is placed.
Shipping to the European Union & Europe
We offer reliable tracked shipping options across Europe from our UK warehouse:
- Royal Mail Tracked & DHL Global Mail Tracked: Reliable, fully tracked postal options.
International Taxes, Duties & EU Customs
Because we ship from Devon, UK, international orders may be subject to local import taxes and customs fees.

Important for European Union (EU) Customers: Following the EU Customs Reform, the previous €150 duty-free exemption has been eliminated. All commercial goods entering the EU are now subject to mandatory flat customs duties (typically €3 per product line item) in addition to local VAT.
- Postal Services (Royal Mail / DHL Global Mail): While we may pre-collect local VAT at checkout via the IOSS system, the new flat-rate EU customs duties and any associated carrier handling fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient to the local mail carrier prior to delivery.ry.
Rest of the World: For all countries outside the UK and EU, import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. Any local customs charges, fees, or taxes levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
All stated delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. XDress is not responsible for postal transit delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses, late ordering times, holidays, or courier backlogs. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs if a carrier delivers a package later than the original estimate.
