Purchases made from our company, whether online, by phone, or by mail, are subject to the following conditions.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed by our fulfillment center immediately upon receipt. It is not possible to cancel or modify your order once it has entered the processing stream, which occurs when you receive an email or SMS confirmation. If any items are out of stock, we will refund those specific items and ship the remainder of your order.

If you made an error on your order, please place a new order for the correct item and return the original package for a refund according to our Returns Policy (items must not be tried on).

International Purchases & Customs

We ship to the UK, Europe, and international destinations from our distribution center in Barnstaple, Devon, England.

Important for European Union (EU) Customers: Following the EU Customs Reform, the previous €150 duty-free threshold has been eliminated. All commercial goods entering the EU are now subject to mandatory flat customs duties in addition to local VAT.

  • If you select standard postal shipping (Royal Mail / DHL Global Mail), these flat duties and any local carrier clearance fees are not collected at checkout and must be paid by the recipient to your local postal carrier prior to delivery.
  • If you select DHL Express, all applicable taxes and customs duties are fully calculated and prepaid at checkout.

Rest of the World (Outside UK/EU): Orders shipped outside of the UK and EU may be subject to local customs import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. UK VAT (20%) is automatically removed from these orders at checkout. These international charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refused Deliveries: Packages returned to us as "Return to Sender" (RTS) due to a customer refusing delivery or failing to pay mandatory local customs/handling fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any return postage costs incurred by Body Aware.

Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary by country and local delivery networks. Standard airmail packages are typically received within 1–3 weeks. Please note that customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause transit delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Ordering from the USA Site

If you wish to view our USA site from the UK or Europe, please use the "Shop On Body Aware USA" link at the bottom of the page. Please note that product selections vary between our UK and US warehouses based on local availability.

All orders placed through the USA site are shipped from the United States and will be subject to import VAT, customs taxes, and carrier collection fees upon entry. Free shipping options do not apply to US shipments, and delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on customs operations. We highly recommend ordering from the UK site for all European deliveries.

Trademarks & Intellectual Property

Body Aware Inc. retains all rights regarding trademarks, trade names, logos, and images. Any unauthorized use of Body Aware Inc.'s intellectual property, marks, or confusingly similar names is strictly prohibited and will be enforced to the full extent of the law. This includes the unauthorized use of our brand names in meta tags or hidden text for search engine optimization.
