Our Fulfillment Process
Your order is processed as soon as it comes in! We pull and pack orders every business day (Monday-Friday) from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM GMT+0. If you place your order between this time your package will leave our warehouse in Devon, UK on the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. This means if you place an order after our time window has been closed on a Friday, your order will be packed and shipped on the following Monday. During the end of the year’s holiday season, we see increased order volume as well as a slow down in some mail carriers’ delivery times. Rest assured, we will always have your orders shipped in a timely fashion with a tracking number emailed to you.
Orders Placed Within The UK
All orders that are shipped within the United Kingdom are sent using Royal Mail and will arrive at your address in 1-3 business days, this may change depending on the shipping option you select at checkout and the proximity of the delivery address to our fulfillment center.

For orders under £49.99, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service for £3.50. This service delivers within 2-3 business days with a tracking number.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
For orders under £40.00, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for £4.50. For orders over £40.00, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for £3.50. This service delivers within 1 business day with a tracking number.
If your order is £50.00 or more and shipped within the United Kingdom, you can enjoy free shipping using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and delivers within 2-3 business days with a tracking number.
We offer HubBox local pickup at checkout throughout the United Kingdom. Please visit this site to find a location near you https://www.hub-box.com/locations/. Before ordering, check with your local HubBox pickup location to ensure that they are still participating in the program. We are not responsible for any deliveries that are not available for pickup because of local pickup spots opting out of the HubBox program. Please note that even if there is not a HubBox location near you, you can still enter an address at checkout for your preferred pickup location wherever Royal Mail delivers.

For orders under £49.99, we offer Royal Mail Tracked delivery service for £7.50 - £7.95. For orders over £49.99, we offer Royal Mail Tracked delivery service for £6.95. This service delivers with a tracking number.
DHL Express Worldwide
Prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order. This service delivers within 1-6 business days with a tracking number. Any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are prepaid by the customer. Body Aware is not responsible for any other fees that may be charged.
Orders Placed Within The Rest Of The World
All orders that are shipped to countries outside of the European Union, the rest of Europe, and the United Kingdom are shipped using DHL Global Mail Tracked for £10.00. This service delivers with a tracking number.
International Taxes & Duties
Where applicable, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees can be prepaid at checkout on most orders placed from localities in Europe. Please note that this is not available for all localities in the world. If it is not explicitly stated during checkout that the aforementioned fees are being prepaid, then you may have to pay customs fees, taxes, or duties before you can collect your order from your local carrier. These fees are charged by the government of the location where you reside and are not collected by our company. Customs fees, taxes, duties, or any other fees incurred before delivery are your responsibility to pay. If you feel that an error has been made with your prepaid fees, please reach out to us using our message system and we will be happy to assist you.
Body Aware is not responsible for any perceived delays in shipments due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer, late ordering times, or orders placed on the weekend and holidays when our fulfillment center is closed. All delivery times are estimates. Carriers do not guarantee delivery estimates and therefore we also cannot guarantee delivery times of packages sent using their services. We do not offer any refunds on shipping costs if the package arrives later than the original estimate provided by the carrier that has been chosen by customers.
